I may only be 12 but I can help. This may seen unmanly but it will work cry, cry as much as you want, this will help clear out all your emotions. Also you need to find someone to talk to preferably a girl not necessarily one the same age as you but one who is understanding and who will comfort you and TALK TO YOU this is critical you need someone to talk to. You can also just go for walks daily to clear your mind oh and please don't gorge on junk food it will only make you more miserable hope I helped. Stay strong I believe in you :)
I do not like the job I like... I have yet to still go to college, I just graduated high school a year ago and i was 19, i'm currently 20.
I have been experimenting this technique that I do. I meditate or try too for about 30 minutes a day. It really keeps me calm and I get a sense of happieness afterwords i dont know why though. I would stay away from the college parties, alcohol may depress you. Also try to stay away from repetitions. Try to change some things up in your daily schedule. Though all of this is easily said than done, God bless you, don't fall into depression my friend!
Yes crying does really help. I cried when I was having anxiety attacks. I had too much stuff on my mind and WAY to paranoid from hippy lettuce, I don't do that anymore though. The worst part was when I had to put my dog down and her tongue stuck out. whoo, I cried for a good while but it was worth it, Men cry too, trust me. Nothing is wrong with it. PIE PIGS is right!!
