You appear to be depressed, this is an illness not something to be ashamed of, almost everyone suffers from depression at some time in their lives.YOU ARE NOT ALONE in this.If you can speak to any family members you are close to do so, I am sure you will find them sympathetic or any health professional. They will probably be able to help you find assistance , self help groups and many books that will help you understand your condition. Remember this phase will pass as all others do, there is light at the end of the tunnel even if it is difficult to believe now. As a fellow sufferer I know how easy it is to despair but please do not; remember this is a construct of you own mind not something that exists outside of you own mind .
