My girlfriend and I were unclothed, and he made comments that made us feel violated and creepy. He walked in without any notice whatsoever, and claimed that he was here to inspect my apartment which is admittedly in bad shape. I received a, '14 Day Notice Terminating Tenancy For Failure To Pay Rent,' earlier that day, and I don't want to fight that, I'm just wondering if I should sue my landlord over this traumatic experience. Can I and should I?
What can I do about the fact that my landlord just entered my apartment without any notice or cause?

Does you're lease state he can come in without notice, if so he had every right too if not I say move, or give him a good talk too or ask to change the locks so he can't have a key. But anyhow do something if the lease said he couldn't come in without u there. That's creepy.
