So I'm 13 now and I'm trying to learn Japanese but when I try to say my name DeAira (de-air-a) it just doesn't sound right. So what do I do? Make up another one that can boost my confidence or leave it how it is? Would the Japanese think I'm weird for not having a name like them?
What can I do about my name when speaking Japanese do I change it or leave it how it is?

Not at all! The only thing that may be tweaked is the pronunciation so it fits English to Japanese variables. For example, take the name "Lauren". The way it may be pronounced is "Raruren," or "Rarenu," something like that. If you have noticed in the Japanese language, the 'l' is sounded 'r'. Or the name "Aladdin". It would be pronounced "Arajin," or "Arajeen." Since your name doesn't really break any rules of the Japanese letters and variables, it sounds perfectly fine! The pronunciation may be "Diaria." (de-ariya) I'm not completely sure, but you never know! (´・ω・`)
