i would go see a specialist in the field like gynocoligist this person is well qualified in their field sometimes it doesn't require pills they can give other things like liquid medication if thats whats needed they can do tests that require very little preparation it might be a idea to get evaluated by your dr
Ohhh, I can relate.
Hot water bottle to the stomach, try the dissolving medications and drink it instead - I don't like swallowing pills either. For the nausea, until the medication works, breathe in through the nose deeply and out of the mouth until you feel better.
Eat at least one banana a day during this time and drink luke warm water. Keep moving, don't lay around, I know it hurts, but the more you move, the better.
Stay away from refined sugars and dairy products, soy, caffeine and processed foods - fresh helps me a lot just for this week.
And of course, if you suffer badly like myself, see a doctor and get a referral to a gynecologist. To make sure everything is all good. Hope you feel better soon xx
