What BSG episode did Laura Roslin shave her head?

I dont believe she ever actually shaves her head but reveals herself to be wearing a wig to cover the implied hair loss during previous episodes. I know in s4e8 she is seen without hair, but I do not know of a previous reveal. Guess I'll have to watch it all again...
