i am in the Arkansas area and i keep seeing a certain type of bird but i can find it on the game and fish website. will you help? when i see it it is all ways in one of the top branches of a tree. it has a full white belly but i can never get a glimpse of the back color. it is a large or medium sized bird.... and i know its not fully white just the belly is. the way it sits is like a hawk or a owl. can some one help
