I am keen to hear what the public struggle with in achieving their ideal physique or state of health and investigate methods of changing attitudes towards health/fitness making it more convenient and achievable

I guess my 3 fitness struggles are 1.I wanna get fit but I have no time thanks to school,work & the ass of homework my teachers give.(i seriously use 2 backpacks >:( 2.I can't decide if I should starve or excercise?Both are effective but I wanna be healthy at the same time. 3.I also struggle with getting depressed & wanting to give up because everyone else is skinny & don't have to workout BUT I HAVE to :( goodluck with the investigating!I'd love to hear how I can make losing weight more achievable-easy :)
