I've been struggling with my weight for a while now and am having trouble losing weight. I have recently started school which is really limiting the time I have to work out, so I want a supplement that can help for the days I can't really work out. I read reviews online a lot but some of the reviews are so contradicting and some are fake by people who get paid to write them. I don't want to buy a supplement that may be a scam and would like some real-life examples and opinions. I know there is no MAGIC pill that can burn all my fat while I do nothing, I just want something that can assist in making the process a little faster. Thank you!
What are weight loss supplements that you have tried that are actually effective?

You need to read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right. Calories have nothing to do with it. You should be eating about 0.4 gram of complete protein per pound of body weight every day, counting only 6 grams per egg, 12 grams per glass of milk, and 24 grams per quarter pound of meat. Eat veggies with every meal, or whole grain bread every day, to keep your bowel movements regular.
When you are hungry, eat anything you want as long as you are sure it's food. When you are not hungry, stop eating. Your body will adjust itself to the best weight for your lifestyle without any further attention from you. If you want to lose fat, well, it takes oxygen to burn fat. That means heavy breathing, and that usually means jogging. Aerobic dance is good too. Dancers always have the best figures.
Supplements are TERRIBLE for you. They are not approved by the FDA, which means basically anyone can put anything in a bottle and sell it and say it helps with your heart or weight loss. They can include drugs, contaminants, and metals, and overall they just don't help. The only way to lose weight is to eat healthy, work out as much as you can, and find other methods besides supplements.
