If you both like one another and can commit to a relationship than go for it but if you seem more interesting in him than he is interested in you than you may want to think different and just keep things on a friendly basis but try not to lead things to Friends With Benefits cause that is not a healthy relationship
This sounds like a case of "Friends with Benefits" which could be a good or bad thing depending on the type of person you are. But if you guys don't go out but are seeing nothing but each other that means you guys are FRIENDS with benefits. My advicce for you is run away from this situation because it only will bring pain or drama for your future.
