3. What changes have you made at Walt Disney?
4. What were the objectives of the change program involving Disney?
5. How was the change implemented?
6. How do you as a company arise of a "sense or urgency"? and who do you get involved in the process?
8. Was there a powerful coalition involved? if so who was part of this coalition?
9. How did you communicate the change and the vision?
10. How did you convince/ motivate people to follow the change?
11. What do you do to remove obstacles?
12. Have you ever created short term wins? and if so what were they?
13. How were you able to build on change and maintain it as part of the corporate culture?
