Ever since I was a kid (currently 24) I've been experiencing and suffering these odd indescribable sensations I get in my muscles. The feeling lies mostly in my ankles, lower back, and neck. But I do feel them in other parts of the body too. It isn't necessarilly a pain at all. It's like a tingly sort of ticklish sensation. Incredibly uncomfortable especially at night when I'm trying to sleep. It feels extremely good to massage those parts of the body, but it doesn't cause the feeling to go away. It always has me cracking my joints too. It feels like I'm in dire need of a massage, or more of a crave. The feeling comes back quickly after I stop applying pressure to the muscles. IT ISN'T RLS (RESTLESS LEG SYNDROME) I did my research and the symptoms do not match. It doesn't go away by walking or moving so it isn't RLS. It only goes away briefly by either stretching or massaging my own muscles. I've been trying to find an answer FOR YEARS BUT BECAUSE THE FEELING IS SO DIFFICULT TO DESCRIBE I haven't found a solution. Any one else go through this or have an answer!?

Magnesium strengthens muscles, calms nerves, stops cramps, and fights infections. Get epsom salt. It is cheap, five bux for a year's supply. Put a dose in a glass with water to cover and stir until it dissolves. Fill the glass with lemonade and drink it. You can take it without the lemonade but you won't like the taste. Milk of magnesia is more expensive but nicer tasting and gentler laxative action. Your choice.
There are several other conditions that can cause what you describe: copper, vitamin E, potassium, but they are not as common. You should study some books about nutrition. www.amazon.com/Adelle-Davis/e/B001J3RULO These books are rather old, but they are still the most popular introduction to the field.
