Our break room includes (we are a language school btw):
two big sofas
large coffee table
Coffee machine (free)
kettle and various mixed tea bags
mini fridge with milk, creamers, etc
small workstation for checking emails etc
large whiteboard and large noticeboard for staff use and fun
large modern TV with several USBs so people can plug in a pendrive if they want to watch something they brought from home, it also has a 2tb harddrive which one of the guys updates with *cough* current films/shows.
it's carpeted and comfortable, we've designed it so that it's like a communal living room.
