The trouble with using big words is that it is so easy to put together a sentence that sounds perfectly valid but doesn't mean anything. That is what you have here. "Elements" only mean something when you explain what sort of elements you are talking about. "Global economy" means almost nothing, and it has no "focal point". "Corporate governance" is a slick sounding phrase that can mean anything you want it to mean.
