What are the difference and similarities between the current law and previous law on co-occupancy?

Do you mean city, county, or state law? Do you mean laws applying to renters or to landlords? Do you mean apartments or other? Do you mean room mates or more intimate relationships?

You can't just assume that everybody knows what you are talking about. You have to explain your question well enough that someone can look up an answer.
