I have a birth control implant, which is 99.5% effective. My parter has an abnormally high sperm count of about 60-70%. Ive tried working it out mathematically, but I would like a second opinion. What are the chances of me getting pregnant?

The average sperm count is 25-30%. So it increases my chances of pregnancy but I'd understand more if I knew the actual percentage. I do not know what sums to use to work it out mathematically.
Also a condom is out of question as my partner said that he just bursts right through them.

normally the implant works pretty good does it stop your period i think with the fact that your birthcontrol implant has a 99.5 percentage of working and being effective i think your just fine it seems to be keeping you out o trouble its only about 5 off from being 100% effective so i think it would be okay did they ever say whether you need to have the implant changed from time to time or is the one you have going to be the only one you get
Hello, thank you for the information. It helped a lot.
The implant doesn't stop my periods completely, occasionally I have spotting and sometimes heavy periods. I also take a contraceptive pill when im having a heavy period to slow the bleeding. The implant ive had for 3 years but got the first one replaced back in March this year.
From other people ive asked they said id be alright. But still want to get as much information as possible to be sure I want to go through with it. Thanks again.
