What are the best anti-aging treatments?

First, there's no such thing as anti-aging. The only thing those treatments do is hide wrinkles and some blemishes.

If you're not crazy about exercising, you should first look up all the benefits of just 30 minutes a day. The most important exercises are cardio and weight resistance training.

Some of the best natural remedies come from eating fruits that are high in Vitamin C like Kiwis or oranges and other citris fruits such as limes lemons and grapefruits. Vitamin C helps your body produce natural collagen which keeps your skin tight and looking young. Diets with at least 2000mg of vitamin C are known to treat wrinkles and prevent sunburns.

My Aunt undergo to an anti aging treatment, as I know she had a stem cell anti aging treatment that UCTC gave to her. It was effective; my aunt looks 3 years younger than her age. She found UCTC at placidway.com they recommended her to that team, it was amazing!! She was so very beautiful, maybe if somebody saw us together they’ll think that we’re just a sister. Stem Cell can do a lot of things.

According to iwbodywraps.com, there are several ways you can do to treat skin aging. 1. Quit smoking if you want your skin to glow.
2. Wear sunscreen. These days, the sun is no longer your friend. Too much exposure to the UV rays can be harmful for your skin.
3. Keep a healthy diet and of course a lifestyle. You may have known that you are what you eat. So, healthy food would result in a healthy body.
4. Lastly, choose anti aging products with natural ingredients infused in it. Thereby, you will be able to see your glowing and youthful skin.

The good news is. Age-Reversal is no longer a myth. A great Scientist Dr David Sinclair, have in fact reverse some of the aspects of aging in mice, and recent early human trials said been showing and I'll quote "promising results". there's still a lot of work to be done. but it defiantly wont be long.

There has been other reports of age revering. like one involving a protein in young blood called GDF11. and another involving increasing the level of Klotho gene. and another which I'm trying to remember where I found it.

Hope that gives you something to be excited for.
