What are some words to say to a girl or lady you have met for the firs time and you are interested?

As a lady myself, I like it when men introduce themselves properly and ask 'what's your name?', then they're just honest and say that they find you really cute and if they'd consider getting a drink some time. The worst they can do is reject you - if they do it nicely, at least you've got some experience under your belt, and if they do it nastily, they weren't worth bothering with in the first place.
