Im needing to heal this fracture in my wrist really fast It would help to know which exact wnt foids to eat for faster bone recovery. And this is on top of me eating alot healthier and intense fitness every other day As well as no jacking off lol and its been 53 days in counting

What a piece of work! Your question is such a mess that I think you probably could not understand a correctly spelled answer. You need a lot of general education about composition and punctuation and spelling, and then you need to learn some basic facts. For instance, bones are made of calcium, and broken bones are glued together with vitamin C. Protein has nothing to do with it. The rest of your rant has no bearing on reality. Study some books about nutrition. And English Composition. Read some novels. You pick up a lot of practical information from novels.
