I am 17 years old and next year I have to choose my university. I am a straight A student with a 98.4% GPA for the moment but I still have 2 more months and I can recover it. In my first semester it was 100.3% because of the extra works I did and I got more than 100 in some subjects. I had a 94% in my sophomore year. But unlike last year, now I am more dedicated to my studies and I am working really hard. I love math a loooot, and business, and english and psychology. I live in a small country where we don't speak English, but I am in an English college. Could you please tell me what is worth studying nowadays and what are some very good universities I could apply for scholarships from now. There are some universities that ask only for one essay, and I am very good at them, I thought I might try it. Could you tell me which ones are they? And do you think I can get a scholarship even though in my sophomore/1st year in college I had 94% GPA. Thank you!

Percentages only go up to a 100, you cannot have a 100.3% *sigh* oh, your spelling, grammar and sentence structure is atrocious... did no one ever tell you never to start a sentence with "and"?
I suggest you stick with applying to the many wonderful Universities your own country has to offer such as Yale, Harvard, MIT and the other Ivy league institutions before thinking of applying elsewhere. I don't think Oxford, ELTE or Cambridge are for you.
