I'm 14 and I have messy printing. I've searched online for exercises or strategies but they're all for pre-school or kindergarden. Is there certain sentences that will help improvement or strategies to use while printing. I don't want to be stuck with messy printing the rest of my life and I thought now would be a good time to start to improve.
What are some exercises I could do to improve my messy printing?

If you mean penmanship, you can use any text editor or word processor to print a line in a sans-serif font (block letters). Then you take a pencil and carefully copy each letter on the line below. It helps if you first draw two very light lines where you want the tops and bottoms of your letters. After a while you may not need guidelines any more.
When I took drafting we had to use plastic guides to get straight lines, accurate angles, and perfect letters. I practiced for a few hours until I could make perfect letters without the guide. So it is not difficult to do. I also practiced Spencerian Script, but it's so rare to write anything by hand that I would have to relearn it now. You can get books at amazon.com to practice Spencerian Script, Italic Script, and so forth.
Life has taught me that if I need work on something like this, then the only answer is to re-train myself.
It sounds silly but, with work, is possible.
Some people like myself take the easy option and simply type everything.
Go back to the basics and re-learn writing.
At least you know your letters.
Student Teachers of writing must do it this way - not many people have good writing.
Bad writing is taught - trying to keep up with class doing a Doctors degree. Have you ever seen a Doctor with good hand-writing.
Go back to the basics and re-learn writing.
I hope this helps
