What are signs of depression ?

These are some common symptoms of depression.

A Sullen mood
Feelings of hopelessness, guilt or anxiety.
Loss of interest in things that use to be fun or pleasurable
Change in appetite
Change in sleeping patterns
Inability to concentrate
A lack of energy or feeling run down.

If you or someone you know is suffering depression I'd suggest going to a Christian Councilor. Sometimes instead of counseling all it takes is a good friend to talk to who can listen.

When I was depressed, I was sleepy, sad, often crying, didn't wanted to talk about problems, was mad to my parents and all that... And of course later I started cutting.
