What are required to become private piano teacher?

If you want to pursue a career then in Europe you need the cert PTC (Certificate of the Piano Teachers Course) which grants you entrance to the EPTA (European Piano Teachers Association). The course can be taken by anyone but it is recommended that you have at minimum Grade 8 piano and Grade 5 theory (or equivalent).
