I am serious and not joking - I'll explain. In school after I eat lunch, I start to build gas inside me. I don't want to fart in the classroom because you would hear/smell it, and if I hold it in, it does this weird "internal fart" sound, where it just gurgles and makes weird loud sounds because it needs to come out.
So it's extremely embarrassing. Is the solution is to eat foods that don't make people gassy? What foods might that include? Thanks.
I swear I relate to this problem so much. I have it sometimes when I finish eating my packed lunch at my University and it is so annoying to the extent where I wish I could go home. But seriously today I had yogurt after my meal and still had some problem down there. Do you think I should consult a doctor?
