Essentially Socialism, but Socialism, on the contrary, desires more private production building. Communism, in concept, there is no private industry buildings, this is because the government owns them all to prevent a wealth class difference.
What am I? I want gov. to own all private production buildings, but I also want a socialist gov?

I would call you uninstructed. You need to study economics, and since there are two systems of economics you need to study both. Neither system offers any support to any form of socialism or communism. All history plainly shows that factories owned by the government never meet the country's needs. In Soviet Russia, 1% of farm land was given to families for gardens. That 1% produced 97% of the country's vegetables.
You can take ECON 101 at mises.org and they are offering a bargain they call "Curriculum". Take a look at that offer.
