Do you want to be on welfare your whole life? School sucks get over it! There are many things in life you will have to do that you don't want to. Several states now don't let you get your drivers license if you drop out. At least get your ged. Further education is still needed if this 15 year old really thinks they will make it in life with no education.

While still in school, look into the GED test and find some examples. Then look into any drawbacks in your state for dropping out and what youngest hiring age is in your state. If you can pass the test and get a job within walking distance then it may work.
