... me. Now that I have moved out how do I get my money back. I want to file a small claim. Do you think I can file a claim?
What proof do you have that he borrowed it? If you can show proof you loaned the money you can probably file a claim. Just verbally saying you loaned it is NOT proof.
Bear in mind that even if the court says he must pay you good luck collecting it.
