I'm 5'2 and 20 years old. I'm extremely active and love weight lifting and cardio. I've been 124.5 pounds for about 9 months and suddenly dropped 10 pounds over a period of 1 month and 1/2. my body fat is 17.8 and my muscle is 39.1 and I now weigh 114.8 pounds. Is this a healthy weight for someone that is as active as myself with as much muscle? Also, what could be a reason as to why I dropped 10 pounds out of nowhere?
