i usually run and keep my weight normal,but when i stop doing that..i instantly go up on my weight.
i am eating pretty much normal...and i dont know what to do anymore
i mean i am tired of running but i want to keep my weight....i gained 6 kg this month because i stopped running... please help any advices...and dont bullshit me with "healthy food" or more activity...because i always eat healthy and i am out almost everyday. thanks for the helpers

I've heard of this and your problem may be medical. If your thyroid isn't working on it's full range you will easily gain weight, no matter what you do. Besides gaining weight you might also be feeling tired all the time or have sore muscles.
If this is the case, the condition is treatable and I'd recommend you to meet with your doctor.
