I'm a 15 yr old, 5ft 105 lbs female. I have been eating about 1300-1500 cals a day and i've gained weight. I don't understand. The calculators online say that this is my basal metabolic rate. I can't seem to lose weight and it's frustrating when everyone else around me is thin and eats all they want. Ik 105 is a healthy weight, but it just seems too much for my amount of consumption. I just need help - i want to lose 5-10 lbs because I very much despise my body. Anyway, I'm at a lose. I've heard that starvation mode was a thing and calculators tell that I need about 1800 to maintain 95 lbs, but I'm terrified to go up that high, seeing as I'm already a bit chubby to begin with. I don't know what to do. I don't have any metablic disorders and a doctor told me I'm producing all my thyroid hormones, so I don't get it. Please help.

I'm not the best at this but you can try...
exercising after you eat
do not eat before you sleep, all that crap just sits in your body until you wake up
DO NOT starve yourself....
These are all things my foster parents told me to do when I was your age...I'm happy with my weight now that i'm 20...but remember that it's not all about having a flat stomach or being thin...worry about your health over your looks, hope i helped and good luck going through school. :3
