I am a sophomore in college and I want to lose this weight before spring break 2017...I know its possible but I need to know should I take the full 12 months to do it or what? I weigh 247lbs and I'm 5'5.i'm 21 y/o and I want to lose 120lbs in 8-12 months? is that healthy? I'm obese and I want to know is it possible in a 6 month span or go for the 8 month or longer????
