I'm fourteen years old, and I weight 131 to 132 pounds, and I'm wanting to lose a good 12 to 22 pounds. I'm wanting to know that are some good foods to add to my diet to help me lose weight, and kill my extra fat cells, and how much that I should run a day at a Constance speed to lose a pound or half a pound a day, and I'm wanting to achieve this goal within a month or two, thanks!

Chew your food more. it will help your body break down the food before it goes to your stomach having unchewed food will make it harder for your stomach to break it down. Fat cells are easier for your body to make not chewing your food enough will make your body create more fat cells. The more you chew the less you feel hungry.
you might not have to add or reduce your diet. Calories are how we define how much we receive.
