I'm fifteen years old and I jog three times a week and I don't eat that much sugar or carbs, not as much as other girls and I am a healthy weight (size 10 in jeans and tops) but I still have this pouch of fat under my bellybutton and it makes me cringe when I see it in the mirror and I feel self conscious when I bend over or when I sit down and I can't ever buy low-rise jeans because I feel like they're drawing attention to my stomach. I'd like someone to help me out with something I could do to get rid of that bit of fat because it's cutting down my self-esteem a little bit every day and I'd like some help please.

I am a little older than you and am an average thin weight for my height but i had run into the same problem before. i would try switching up your exercise routine. one this is a great way to keep interested in working out and also can target areas you would like to tone. For me personally i would do maybe some crunches along with your working out. Start out slow and work yourself up to an appropriate amount of crunches or situps (which ever) and dont over do it. whatever you do keep the healthy diet you have and dont not eat to try and reach your goal because doing that can cause bloating which can make your stomach swell and or could lead to eating problems. you sound pretty healthy to me but dont let an insecurity get you down. few people have flat stomaches so dont feel bad and shoot for healthy goals. hope this helped :)
