firstly you should remember that loosing weight takes time and results don't show straight away, and that not eating doesnt work it actually starts to store the fat in your bloody until it starts eating away at it which may seem like you loosing weight but as soon as you start eating again you will infact put on all that weight and more like 2 times faster.
Start by drinking a lot more water, and a glass or two before every meal as this will fill your stomach more and you will become fuller faster.
Next the right diet is hard to find for anyone, knowing from experience if you quit all things you love at once you will not stick to it, so keep the things you enjoy but cut down how often and how much you eat of it.
Thirdly a walk everyday will make everything a lot easier and wont be to hard on your body but will help with results doesn't have to be far just regular Find a family member or someone you know to help along the way some to walk with with may make it more likely for you to do it. If you are like me and like to be alone in this time a great playlist of songs always helps along the way.

(Also try cutting out all soft drink it will make a massive difference)
