So for starters I'm 14 weigh about 110-115lbs and that fine but I do have issues with fat. My stomach bulges and is not even close to flat whatsoever and my legs.. I have thunder thighs. Its destroying me. I can't get it out of my mind! I was bulimic for a while until i was found in the act. When i quit i became depressed cuz of my fat because diets dont work because I'm not big enough for them to. My problem is I don't have much time to workout and eat right because of school, money, school food(bleh nasty), motivation, ect... Please please help, any tips?

For starters that's a healthy weight unless u were like 5 foot or under cause I'm 13 6 feet tall and 150 so your weight is probobly muscle mass but if u want to lose stomach fat you are best off trying a abb challenge for example cause of your time I would start one day with ten sit ups whenever you have extra time (at least once a day) then each day for 2 months increase by 1 or 2 this way it only takes up 20 minutes of every day u can alter the numbers like take one month but start at 50 and increase by five however u feel comfortable with hope this helps bye
You should start focusing on weight training and cardiovascular exercises. Weight training, with dumbbells and barbells, combined with cardio exercises is the best way to tighten your belly, legs and arms. Swimming is the best cardio you can get, there's no impact on your joints and swimming forces you to use all of your muscles. If you can get access to a good gym with a lap pool, use it.
Eating right, is all about portion control and eating the right foods. Don't pay attention to the atkins and southbeach diets or detox diets and avoid diet pills. Eat foods with 100% whole grain and wheat etc. avoid processed foods like fast food and frozen foods, foods high in sugar and cholesterol and saturated fat. This includes foods like chips and candy and regular sodas, you can have some diet soda, and avoid energy drinks, they are dangerous for people you're age. Some healthy alternative snacks include fruits, nuts and veggies and others.
remember to get at least 20-30 minutes of exercise 4 to 5 times per week and ask your parents to join a gym. I know all of this from personal experience and I'm still learning. this is fitness 101.
