We had a fight and were friends again, but then I betrayed him and we were enemeis again.. But he keeps checking out my pictures and stuff..does he secretly love me? he told me I look gorgeous... but he hates me after I betrayed him...he hasnt talked to me since a week now . Does he still love me?

Answer this question first. Do you want to be his friend?
If yes then get off the computer, track him down and beg forgiveness for your betrayal.
Otherwise, move on, but don't close the door, leave it open, he may come back one day on his own. However why he would bother if you don't want to actively commit to rebuilding your friendship I do not understand.
