I was employed at a company partnered with another company - technically we were working under them. Someone not the company we were working under did not want me there anymore for and untrue issue, that I had witnesses to prove that were untrue. My HR said I was not allowed to go back since technically we work under the other company so I was offered a random position at a different location with my company that I declined because it was not what I was hired on to do or wanted to do. So they marked me as resigning even though I was forced out of my position I was hired on for. Since I was basically let go from the position I I loved, for reasons that were untrue, is this grounds for possibly winning a claim if I filed it against them?

You weren't wrongfully terminated according to the paperwork. You resigned. That's the proof that would be used as evidence in court.
If a company has a client and puts you to work for that client and that client, for what ever reason, chooses to not have you come back then to maintain them as a client and a source of income they have to agree to their request.
To help you, they offered you continued employment at another location. You chose to decline it. You could have taken it then asked for a transfer to something else when another job came open.
So exactly what did they do wrong? I'm not saying the original reason to get rid of you was fair but they can't put you back in the old job if the client doesn't want you there. Life isnt guaranteed to be fair.
Its not like you had 20 years in employment and you lost your 401k and have no job. They offered you a job and the court will take that into consideration. My opinion is that you have no case but you should check with an attorney about your rights. You can't use them as a reference or should not any way.
