Walmart Distribution Center Pay by Seniority?

Question

I have been recently hired at my local Walmart Distribution Center in Arkansas. I am 20 and making $14.80. I am wondering if I should stay working here or continue going to college. I am needing a response from people with experience with Walmart DC or still working there. I am wondering how much i'll be making the longer i stay with walmart? 10 years? 15? 20? or is there a top out limit somewhere?

Your making some pretty good wages  can you move into a life time commitment at Walmart can you move up the ladder if you can't then that's when you think about higher education but if you can move up with in the company then it might be worth your staying there.
