I have windows vista running on my hp laptop (yes i know it sucks) and I recently installed avast antivirus and Ccleaner to help my computer run better, recently videos will not work on any of the video player programs i have tried (i have tried 6), YouTube and anything online works perfectly, its just any video file that wont work, please help... I don't know much about computers
