Very light blue eyes, is this rare?

Ok, so here's the deal;

All my life i have been getting comments on how beautiful my eyes are. This is the first thing people say to me as the see me for the first time. Anyhow, i have never met another person with eyes like mine, but i never see that people on the internet mention light blue as a rare color. So my question is, do you guys think of extremely light blue as a rare color?

Also, i do not do this to show off. I know my eyes look great, but i personally think everyone has beautiful eyes!

Light blue almost white colored eyes aren't common at all. I've seen maybea handful of people with that very unique color. The people that have that color are called eye candy, maybe in better terms handsome or georgous.
