Okee dokey, I plan on joining the Marines in some couple years, and have currently been doing weightlifting to gain strength. I was wondering if I should instead do Calisthenics for my goal? and my goal is to become simply stronger and to prepare for the USMC. I just want to be strong xD
I apologize if my question doesn't have that much detail, but if you could help me out, I would greatly appreciate it :)
