Wondering what I would do? I have a 2.5kg and 2.7kg prime rib. Would I just take the higher kg value and use that as the base for time? ( X lb x 5 min). Or would I add the kg together? I was curious if I would need to heat it for 11lb x 5min or 5.9lbx5 min since they are both separate.
