My mother used some sort of lemon furnature polish. The smell was awful and I had a slight headache. Its winter time now and our windows were shut so the whole house stank. Really stupid -_-
Anyways, it took about two days for the smell to go away. Most of the time I stayed in my bedroom with my windows open. While its mostly anxiety making me ask; Is there a chance of permanent damage to my brain? Also, since we have the heat on and the windows closed has the fumes really gone or are they still there and I just can't smell them anymore. I still have a dull headache.
Used furnature polish, fumes were strong, still have headache, could there be permanent damage?

most things that have a awful smell fade after time mabe a couple days sometimes if you don't have well ventalated areas when you spray happens with all kinds of things like oven cleaner or calcium build up sometime paint does it wood finisher can cause it also all type of things may cause it but no you would have to be subjected to it really strong odor and a longer period of time to get brain damage i would let her know what happened so she can take precautions next time i'm sure she wouldn't want you subjected to it
