Hello! I have a question about a computer port.
For example, there is a usb-type-c port in the newest MacBook Pro.
And there is a miniHDMI connector which is (if I've understood correctly) is HDMI type-c. But the miniHDMI and type-c-USB look a bit different. My question is if I have a cable for my TV that has HDMI on one end and miniHDMI on another end, can I plug miniHDMI connector into type-c USB port in my MacBook? Or are these completely different ports and I will need an adapter ? Thank you!
