I just got my mp3 watch yesterday and it worked fine.
Today, I plugged in its USB cable to my PC. My PC cautioned that "USB device has exceeded the power limits of it's hub port". I realized USB cable was really hot that it almost scalded my fingers under 10 seconds. Now I can't switch on my watch. But it switches on and is recognized by my PC that the files could be viewed whenever I connect the same USB cable to my watch (Cable doesn't heat up anymore ever since). But once I plug off the USB cable, it doesn't switch on by itself. I tried plugging the cable to an adapter, and my watch signals that it's fully charged but still doesn't switch on when I unplug. Does this mean my watch is broken or do I need to replace my USB cable?
USB Cable overheated?

I think with access voltage of laptop to your watch, your watch sensor has melt down. I think you should thank God for your watch which did not become useless. Now you have to spend your time with broken watch I guess. And of it is true then my sympathies are with you.
