Hey guys
I'm an Australian currently in the USA. I am here on a visa waiver which entitles me to 90 days of vacation time here. I will be traveling down to Argentina for a month after 88 days have allotted on my visa waiver. I have a flight to catch from San Francisco to Melbourne, Australia. My plan to is to fly back to San Francisco from Buenos Aires, Argentina to catch my flight home. I will be in the states waiting for my flight for 9 days. Will I run into any problems at the US border considering I already spent 88 days in the USA, which would've finished a month before returning to the US again?
If u am allowed to enter again to wait for my flight do they give me another 90 days? Or just the 9 days I need?
