Upgraded to windows 10 now I can't save anything without being prompted for permission from the administrator, but I am the administrator. How do I resolve this issue?

Log in as administrator and go to the properties tab of each folder and give yourself ownership of everything. Spend some time clicking around in menus to see what you can do and where the option is located. Go to google.com and search "windows 10 tips" and see what you can see. Record the urls so you can get back to something when you need it.
