A few months ago my stomach suddenly changed over about a week. Everything I eat other than meat causes me problems. EVERYTHING. Not every single meal, somedays are better than others. I use to eat a bowl of cereal a day with whole milk, now I cant touch milk. Im an athlete and when I drink gatoraid and eat a granola bar, I will be burping for the next three hours. When I eat lunch or dinner, it feels like a brick on top of my stomach for then next three hours.
Ive tried like five different probiotics with no relief. I feel like something killed my gut bacteria but Im failing to fix it. Suggest a solution, if you think I need a probiotic, suggest one that really works.

Nutrition is a new science, not well studied yet, so a lot of things are still a matter of experimentation. Doctors have no training. There is nothing but to study the subject yourself and try to guess what is wrong. I had a magnesium deficiency for most of my life and doctors were clueless. I had to figure it out myself.
You can't eat meat exclusively. You need fiber to keep the pipes clean. Wheat bran is the best fiber, two slices of whole grain bread every day, or veggies with every meal. As for gut bacteria, yogurt is the best but you have to eat some every day for some time to get noticeable results.
These books are old but still the most popular introduction to the subject:
