If an employer requires an employee to wear uniform without company logotype (nametag doesn't coult) which makes the clothes useful practical outside company (example waitress girl white blouse and black skirt outfit), is it still called a uniform if the employer pays for the clothes?
But what is it then? Dresscode is more like a guideline, and workwear is more protection clothes. As an employer, I must have the right to require specific clothes (not dresscode) without logotype as long as I pay?
