If the statement is negative (including the word "not") you use 'any'. If it is positive (sentences without the word "not) you use 'some'.

PS- also if you talk about twins (2 people) you just say "I have twin sisters." If you say you have TWO twin sisters, it sounds like you actually say you have 4 sisters (two sets of twins).
